This article has reviewed research articles involved with learning management of Physics subject with limited condition as an alternative pedagogies for COVID-19 outbreak which was carried out through 2 methods. The first one was the learning activity through simple equipment and the second one was a smartphone as a physics laboratory activity. The learning activities in Physics were demonstrated for the hands-on experiments including studying the satisfaction of teachers who attended the hands-on experiment activities. For the smartphone as a physics laboratory activity, there were several demonstrations which were replaced specific physics experimental tools. These were shown high measurement precision in the experimental results which were indicated in low error percentage. This article was represented the case study of utilizing the smartphone as an experimental tool. Learning activity was conducted to determine gravitational acceleration by A4 paper, pencil and smartphone in Physical science subject for the second year of General science student, in the faculty of education of Dhonburi Rajabhat University. The most accurate experimental result was shown only 0.072% of experimental error compared with National institute metrology (Thailand) which measured the gravitational acceleration in Bangkok. This showed the high efficiency of smartphone as a compensation of high cost and specific physics experimental equipment.
