The purposes of this research were to 1)
study the satisfaction of undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon towards the management of
online teaching and learning in the pandemic situation of
covid-19,2) compare the satisfaction of the students.The sample used in this research was 382 undergraduate
students in the second semester of the academic year 2020. The questionnaire
was used as a data collection tool. The statistics used in the data analysis
were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and
correlation coefficient(r).The results showed that the students' overall
satisfaction with online teaching and learning was at a high level. For the
comparison results classified by gender, year of study, residence status, and online
learning experience, it showed their different satisfaction with the online
teaching management.As classified by family income, there was no difference in
their satisfaction. For the results of the analysis of the relationship between
factors of students’ readiness for online teaching and learning and other
aspects, the aspect of preference for learning style was related to the satisfaction
at a high level.The aspect of equipment that students used for online learning,
the aspect ofinternet signal and the aspect of speed of the internet signal were
moderately correlated,and the aspect ofonline media used for communication had
a low correlation.
