The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of corporate commitment of the employees of
Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, and 2) compare
the levels of corporate commitment of the employees classified by personal
factors.The samples were 256 employees of Italian-Thai Development
Public Company Limited, One Bangkok Mixed-Use Development Project sampled by
simple random sampling.The instrument used was a questionnaire with reliability
level at .79. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage,
mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance, and compared paired
difference by LSD method. The results of the research
showed that 1) theemployees of Italian-Thai Development
Public Company Limited had high levels of commitment to the organization in
every aspect. By sorting the average values from high to low of top 3 aspects, it was found that confidence and acceptance of the
goals and values of the organization were with an average of 4.12,
the desire to maintain the membership of the organization waswith an average of
4.08, and willingness to make full effort was with the
mean value of 3.98 respectively; and 2) the
comparison of the organizational commitment of the employees of Italian-Thai
Development PublicCompany Limited showed that the employees with different educational
levels had different organizational commitment with statistical significance at
the level of .05.
